First Monday Monthly Book Club

September 22, 1 p.m.: Chef Debra Erickson from The Blind Kitchen will join us to discuss adaptive tools, helpful strategies, and cooking knowledge for blind and vision-impaired people who want to cook safely, confidently, and independently.

October 20, 1 p.m.: Laurie Craig, a psychologist for 30 years, who specialized in helping people facing visual disabilities will discuss with the group ways to stay positive and go over a few mindfulness techniques.
